Preparing for your trip

Required Travel Documents

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they carry all necessary documents that comply with both airline regulations and the destination country's entry requirements. If documents are missing or invalid, the traveler will be liable for any resulting costs or penalties. Roel Travel strongly recommends having a valid passport and, if applicable, a visa to avoid any issues.

Check-In Information

To ensure a smooth check-in process for Roel Travel flights, we advise arriving at the airport at least two hours before the scheduled departure time. Please note that check-in counters close 40 minutes prior to departure.

Regulations for Unaccompanied Minors

Special regulations apply to unaccompanied minors to ensure their safety during the journey. Parents are encouraged to carefully plan the trip with their child. Note: Flights for unaccompanied minors cannot be booked online at this time.

The following children are considered unaccompanied by Roel Travel:

  • Children aged 5 to 11 years traveling without an adult
  • Children aged 3 to 5 years traveling with a companion aged 12 to 15 years

Upon request, supervision can also be arranged for teenagers aged 12 to 18 years. Bookings for this service must be made by parents or an authorized person. Please ensure that all necessary documents are complete.

Assistance for Travelers with Special Needs

Roel Travel provides dedicated services for passengers with reduced mobility or other special requirements. Our trained staff assist travelers during boarding and arrival. Many airports offer complimentary wheelchairs and escort services. In our aircraft, seats feature adjustable armrests. Passengers using wheelchairs are advised to check in at least 120 minutes before departure.
